Women, Youth & Community
We build rooms where people can become.
Community is where identity, family, scholarship and legacy become lived experience—through honest conversation, intentional development and the kind of belonging that asks something of us.

Experiences & Legacy
Moments worth marking.
Some rooms become part of your story. We create experiences that gather people around meaning—travel, conversation, celebration, reflection, and the work of carrying something forward.

Ways into the room.
Each pathway has its own purpose. Together, they create an ecosystem of identity, reflection, responsibility, relationship, scholarship, and legacy.

Sankofa Rites of Passage
Sankofa Blossom is the founding pathway, with Rise and Grace extending the developmental journey. Girls and families explore identity, wellness, responsibility, relationships, purpose, and legacy.

Foyer Experiences
Intimate adult experiences for women who need room to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with who they are beyond titles, responsibilities, and constant performance.

Parent Circles
Warm, honest spaces for caregivers to think together about identity, relationships, expectations, responsibility, and what young people need from the adults around them.

The 1% Collaboration
A high-level community for doctoral and professional women asking a deeper question: What am I building with what I know? Scholarship, ownership, visibility, and legacy belong in the room.

From Untying the Knot to Tying the Bow
A relationship-transition doorway for women moving through divorce, rebuilding, discernment, and intentional preparation for the life and relationships that come next.

Parents, Mentors & Families
The work includes the adults, too.
Young people do not grow in isolation. Parent Circles and mentor relationships create shared language, stronger partnership and a place to consider what support, accountability and legacy look like in real family life.

Foyer Experiences
Some of the most important work begins over a shared meal.
Foyer is an intimate space for women to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with who they are beyond titles and responsibilities. Sometimes that work happens in a circle. Sometimes it unfolds around a restaurant table where women can be fully human before they are asked to consider what comes next.
